Slightly modifying the original core blend of the 90-rated Alec Bradley Black Market, the 2021 Filthy Hooligan makes use of an Ecuadorian Sumatra Binder hugging long-fillers from Honduras and Panama. The Hooligan has a striking Candela on Maduro barber pole wrappers. Crafted as a limited edition St. Patty's day release, 2,000 boxes were created in total. But more importantly, this isn't just a green gimmick you'll find in that glass of beer at the pub down the street.
